iREACH Rural Health delivers local health solutions addressing gaps in health service provision for people who may have difficulty accessing primary care services in rural & regional areas of South Australia. As an independent provider of primary health care services, predominantly funded through the Country SA Primary Health Network (CSAPHN) and other levels of government, we provide holistic and evidence-based care, identifying gaps based on community and consumer engagement.

APPROACH
How We Do It
Established in 1995, iREACH Rural Health is an independent, “not for profit”, membership based organisation, incorporated in South Australia under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985. We are governed by a Board of Directors elected by our members.
Initially funded through the Commonwealth Government Divisions of General Practice program, the organisation has evolved to become a primary care service provider for the Country SA PHN and other funders.
